I’ve realized it’s been a while since I wrote a new blog post! Rest assured I’ve been using my time wisely and updating previous posts to keep them relevant. It’s been so much fun to revisit these old posts and photos, like a little walk down memory lane.
It was also a great opportunity to fix some bugs if attachments weren’t working properly anymore.
When I’m not in front of a screen I can be found in the garden this season. Things are coming along wonderfully and I’m excited that the spring harvests have begun!
So far this season I’ve harvested the following:
Kale
Lettuce
Spinach
Radishes; and
Rhubarb.
I’ve had my usual fun with rhubarb enjoying Rhubarb Juice which I turned into ice cubes for a new twist on an old favorite.
Rhubarb Salsa also made a comeback this season! Along with the classic strawberry rhubarb jam that makes an appearance every year.
