I’m sure you’ve also noticed the price of meat has gone up quite substantially in the last year or so.

There’s a few reasons for that, mainly a lot of meat processing plants are getting hit with COVID-19 and a lot of the workforce is of course getting sick.

Have you ever done your corn on the cob on the BBQ?! I highly recommend it if you haven’t. I find it to be a lot less work and requires no water as the husks are full of their own natural moisture.

Peel a few layers off and cook just like you would anything else on the BBQ. Once the outer husks have dried up and have some grill marks you are going to be all set.
